At your windows
We Bring the Samples to You
A showroom has its own lighting and its own wall colors, and both change how a fabric looks. The same fabric looks warm in one room and gray in another. The only way to know is to hold it against the window it will hang on.
So we bring the range to you. You see how a fabric looks next to your wall color, how much of the garden it still lets you see at four in the afternoon, and how the rooms will look once they are all done the same way.
Three Easy Steps
One hour of your time, and we bring your vision to life.
-
Pick a time that suits you
Tell us when works and we come to you. The visit is free, it takes about an hour, and that is the only part of this that needs you at home.
-
Decide in person which look you love
We bring the whole range to the house and hold it up at your windows. You see every fabric and color in your own light, next to your own walls, and you know which one it is when you see it.
-
We fit it, and the house is finished
Everything is made to your openings and fitted by experienced installers in less than 30 days from your order. You walk back into rooms that finally look the way you pictured them.
The fitting
Installation, in Less Than 30 Days
Most installations finish in less than 30 days after you order. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting for you. Your shades are cut to the measurements taken in your own rooms, which takes time no matter who you buy from.
Fitting is the part that shows. A shade measured correctly still has to hang level in an opening that is rarely square, and half an inch out at the top is visible from across the room. The same experienced installers who measured your windows are the ones who come back to fit them.

Questions About the Appointment
Anything not answered here gets answered on the day, and it costs nothing to ask.
How long is the appointment?
Usually under an hour for a few windows. If you want the whole house looked at, allow longer, because measuring every opening properly takes time and rushing it is how a shade ends up half an inch short.
Can I choose on the day?
Yes, and most people do. You will have seen every option against your own glass and you will have a real price rather than a range, so there is usually nothing left to go away and think about. If you would rather take your time, that is fine too.
Who needs to be there?
Whoever makes the decision, and ideally everybody who has an opinion about it. The most common reason a second visit is needed is that one person saw the samples and the other did not.
What if my windows are an unusual shape?
Bring it up when you book. Arched, angled and very tall openings are all doable and each needs a different approach, so it helps to know before the appointment rather than during it.
Can you work around a renovation?
Yes, and it is worth talking to us early. Measuring is done after the trim is on, because the opening is not final until then, but knowing what is going in lets you plan for a power source if anything is going to be motorized.
